In this area, there are only two different kinds of people that exist. You are either a Come Here or a Born Here. A born here is just what it names says, they were born here. They spent their whole life in this area and have always called it home. It doesn't matter if you moved here when you were one or ten, you are only a born here if you originally came from here.
